Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Day Class | 09:00–17:00) What You Will Learn +Selecting and evaluating cacao beans. +Roasting, cracking, winnowing, refining, and chocolate making. +Fundamental quality control throughout production. +Food safety practices aligned with Thai FDA standards. +Techniques used by professional bean-to-bar chocolate makers. Important Note This is an intensive workshop involving both theory and practical production activities throughout the day. Participants should be prepared for a focused and engaging learning experience. By the end of the workshop, you will have created chocolate from cacao bean to finished bar while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the craft behind every piece of fine chocolate.
